Hollowood Moives
From years back the district named Hollywood in Los Angles, California, United States, is renowned for its cultural recognition. As Hollywood has a rich historical past for its star studded movie studios, its name is often used as a metonym of American cinema. Way back in 1880s, American stage was ruled by 'Vaudeville shows', that were nourished by resident's of North America. As the shows were of ordinary style and entrepreneurs initiated to judge with their movie making skills, glory of these shows soon faded away. Director D.W. Griffith, in 1910, began to film in Downtown, Los Angles. In search for a more suitable location they moved to a village towards north named 'Hollywood'. Griffith's first movie was filmed here, a melodrama of California, called 'In Old California'. It was Griffith's 'Birth Of A Nation' that whistled for a promising start towards a never –ending journey for American cinema.
